Aspinwall entered the natural fibre processing industry in Allepey, Kerala State of India over a hundred years ago with the manufacturing of handloom and powerloom matting products made from the cocos fibre, called ‘coir’. Meanwhile our natural fibre product offering has been extended with rubber-backed and pvc-backed coir doormats, as well as natural rubber doormats and floorcoverings made from jute, sisal and seagrass. Our made-to-order products are being exported to private-label customers in all parts of the world.

Now, with the recent establishment of an overseas branch in USA, we aim to further strengthen our proposition to our American business partners.
